    I was introduced to Trevor through my gym when he came to do a lower back pain and mobility workshop. I went for my evaluation for shoulder pain I was experiencing. I do CrossFit and am a powerlifter. My shoulder pain was limiting what I was able to do in class and was effecting my ability to bench before a powerlifting competition. Trevor really focused on assessing my issue and what my goals were. Within a few weeks I was able to do more or the exercises I was avoiding. I was able to hit all 3 of my bench presses at my meet.     Trevor is the best of the best. It doesn’t take him long to identify key triggers and areas of limitations and come up with a helpful and interactive (resting doesn’t actually help!) plan of action. I began working with Trevor on a workout program designed specifically for me and I have been able to get back to doing all the lower body lifts I love to hate. I have seen my weights increase over the course of the workouts and that is 100% due to me being able to move better. My limitations were causing me to plateau and Trevor’s plan and work has helped me push through those with no pain.
