who is mvmt ruck club for?
how it works
What you need
A back pack and some weight! If you don’t have a ruck pack, use your regular back pack and throw some items in there.
Don’t want to walk with weight? No problem. Start by walking with us and as you get stronger, more comfortable and confident, you can add the weight!
how to start
Show up and join us! All event dates and registration can be found on our events page, with the appropriate registration link. I also email everyone on the MVMT Ruck Club list as I solidify the dates.
