    I started working with Trevor after he put on a great workshop for my gym. I initially had mobility issues in my hips and ankles that was limiting my running ability other workouts with lower body movements - nothing too painful, but I decided to meet with him and I'm glad that I did! I then had a shoulder tweak after a home project and he has helped me work on that area as well to make small adjustments to how I engage muscles correctly to greatly improve my performance in the gym and daily life. My favorite part about working with Trevor is the excellent job he does on providing emailed session recaps and videos of the movements to do at home that I can easily refer back to at anytime.
