Performance Physical Therapy in Green Bay, WI

Performance physical therapy at MVMT is what happens when rehab and strength training stop being separate conversations. You're not here just to stop hurting. You're here to get back to training and come back stronger than before. Every session is one-on-one with a licensed clinician who understands both the injury and the sport. No techs. No shared time. No generic program.

The MVMT Approach

We don't treat the site of pain - we find the root cause. Most injuries have a driver upstream or downstream of where it hurts. We identify it, load it appropriately, and build the strength and movement quality to make sure it doesn't come back. Treatment and performance programming aren't separate. They happen in the same session, with the same clinician, every time.

  • Full-hour 1-on-1 sessions, meaning, your clinician is with you the entire time

  • Root-cause diagnosis, not symptom management

  • Manual therapy, dry needling, and movement-based treatment combined

  • Strength programming between sessions so you're not losing progress

  • Cash-based = no insurance delays, no authorization, no referral required

"I highly recommend Tia Jackson and her services. When I was in high school, I tore my ACL playing softball. Tia taught me hard work and confidence pays off. I worked with Tia for months building my strength back up after being laid up and off the court/field. Not only did she become a friend through the countless hours of therapy and rehab, she became a role model for me. She truly cared about me getting back to being my true, healthy self."

  • // Fr. Mark Mleziva //

"I was dealing with some neck and shoulder pain which prevented me from playing the sports I love including basketball, baseball, and golf. Trevor took the time to truly listen to me and my concerns leading to fixing the issue. I was not treated as a number, but rather as a person whom he truly desired to help. Can't recommend them enough!"

"Nate and the team at MVMT have fixed my knee and shoulder pain! For years I've endured nagging issues in my shoulder and knee, but not any more. First we studied the problem, then (painfully) worked on them, then did regular exercises to strengthen them. I highly recommend."

Frequently Asked Questions

Is performance PT the same as regular physical therapy?

No. Traditional PT focuses on reducing pain and restoring baseline function — enough to get you through daily life. Performance PT goes further. The goal is to return you to full athletic capacity, not just the ability to walk without pain. The treatment approach, session structure, and programming between visits are all built around returning you to the demands of your sport.

Do I need a referral?

No. Wisconsin allows direct access to physical therapy without a physician referral. You can call or book online today.

Can I keep training while doing performance PT?

In most cases, yes. We build your treatment around your training, not the other way around. We'll modify what needs to be modified and keep everything else running.
