Cash-Pay Physical Therapy in Green Bay, WI

If you've been through insurance-based physical therapy and wondered where your time and money went, you're not alone. Most insurance PT appointments are 45 minutes - 15 with a PT, 30 on a machine with a tech. You pay your copay, repeat 12 times, and leave with a home exercise program printed in 2009. At MVMT, the model is different. You pay a flat rate and get a full hour with a licensed clinician who knows your history, adjusts your plan every visit, and holds you accountable to actually getting better.

What "Cash-Pay" Actually Means

  • No insurance required - but your HSA or FSA is accepted

  • No prior authorization, no claim denials, no surprise bills

  • No referral needed - book directly

  • You pay for the session. We do the work. No middleman setting limits on your care.

Is Cash-Pay PT Actually More Expensive?

Depends how you count it. A typical insurance plan requires 8–16 PT visits at $30–$75/copay.

That's $240–$1,200 out of pocket - plus you've shared most of those appointments with other patients while your PT shuffles between rooms.

At MVMT, you get 1-on-1 care every session. Most patients need fewer visits because the treatment is higher quality and more consistent. And because there's no insurance driving the schedule, we focus on what actually moves you forward - not what's covered.

"I highly recommend Tia Jackson and her services. When I was in high school, I tore my ACL playing softball. Tia taught me hard work and confidence pays off. I worked with Tia for months building my strength back up after being laid up and off the court/field. Not only did she become a friend through the countless hours of therapy and rehab, she became a role model for me. She truly cared about me getting back to being my true, healthy self."

"I was dealing with some neck and shoulder pain which prevented me from playing the sports I love including basketball, baseball, and golf. Trevor took the time to truly listen to me and my concerns leading to fixing the issue. I was not treated as a number, but rather as a person whom he truly desired to help. Can't recommend them enough!"

"Nate and the team at MVMT have fixed my knee and shoulder pain! For years I've endured nagging issues in my shoulder and knee, but not any more. First we studied the problem, then (painfully) worked on them, then did regular exercises to strengthen them. I highly recommend."

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. Physical therapy is an HSA/FSA-eligible expense. You can use your card directly at MVMT.

Can I still get a superbill for insurance reimbursement?

Yes. We can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt with the appropriate CPT codes — that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your specific plan.

Why don't you take insurance?

Insurance contracts determine how long your appointment is, how many visits you can have, and what treatments are covered - not your clinician. We chose a cash-pay model so your care is guided by what you actually need, and get you the outcomes you expect…not by what a payer will approve. That's the only way to deliver the quality of care we believe in.
