  • The tools you need for a strong, healthy back.

Are you worried about your low-back pain & stiffness that hasn’t gone away, no matter how many Google searches and YouTube exercises you do?

  • Are you frustrated that treatments like massage therapy, chiropractic care, or even other physical therapy clinics, haven’t worked?
  • Are you having trouble keeping up with your workouts, teammates, or kids and are missing out on activities you want to be a part of?
  • Are you still looking for a long-term solution so you can finally get rid of that annoying low-back pain and back into your life?

If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, you are in the right place! We feel so strongly about how we attack back pain that we recorded an entire podcast episode specifically on how we view and attack back pain.

Many people in Green Bay suffer unnecessarily with low-back pain and stiffness because they’re told…

  1. Just “rest it” and it’ll be fine (then months later they’re still suffering…)
  2. It’s “normal” to have low-back pain as you age, with Olympic Lifting, CrossFit, Hockey, playing with the kids, etc.
  3. If you take some pills everything will be fine.
  4. Rest, injections, or surgery are the only options for a bulged disc.

The truth is:

  • Resting it doesn’t change anything. You might get a small temporary relief, but then when you get active again, you’ll still be suffering from low-back pain and stiffness (I bet you’ve already experienced it!)
  • It’s not normal to get low-back pain and stiffness as you get older!
  • Pain pills are addicting, dangerous, and can cause a lot of other problems with your body.
  • Prescription pain pills, injections and surgery are not the only options. Those are just the only option your physician/surgeon can offer you.

knee pain, sciatica physical therapy

Being a former athlete, coming back from injury is always a challenge. Doing it when you’re older is even harder. You have no team cheering you on, no game that you’re striving to get back for. Just a 40 something trying to get back to the gym to do what they love. Workout! But when I found Trevor at MVMT, he and his wife became my new teammates. Cheering me on and getting me back to where I wanted to be. My first time to visit MVMT, I went in with knee pain that I had for months and the inability to straighten my leg. He suspected meniscus. But after just 2 weeks of cupping, dry needling, and doing “correct” exercises, I was able to straighten my leg and begin knee strengthening. My second visit I was dealing with sciatic nerve pain and loss of feeling. Again, within 2 weeks, I felt so much relief. I have great “teammates” – they are so attentive, knowledgeable, fun, and get you back to where you want to be!! Don’t go another day in pain – join the team!
